Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • We are temporarily suspending all postal shipping services to the United States, effective August 29, 2025. This is due to Trump’s cancellation of the long standing de minimis policy, which allowed goods under $800 US to cross the border duty/tax/tariff free. With this policy gone, any package crossing the U.S./Canada border is subject to duties and tariffs of 35%. 25 countries worldwide have suspended outbound postal service to the US in response. It is unclear how this situation is going to unfold so we have made the difficult decision to suspend all shipments to the US for now. If you have ordered and paid for prints or cards that require shipping to the US, we will refund your order by August 31st. This does not affect anyone purchasing the course, as the course does not involve any cross-border shipments. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to reinstate shipping to the US soon.

  • For purchases from the website, we ship within Canada and the USA only. We use Canada Post/USPS.

    If you are outside of Canada/USA, please contact us directly at marneywardartist@gmail.com to place an order and arrange shipping.

  • Depending on the size of the package ordered, the carrier may not deliver to a P.O. Box.

  • Shipping costs are dependent on distance, weight and the dimensions of each package. Once you provide your mailing address at Checkout, shipping options will be offered.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for my daughter Allison to process your order before it is shipped.

  • Liability insurance is included with shipping for all prints. Cards are not insured unless they are sent as a package.

  • All shipped packages include tracking. Your tracking number will be provided in your order confirmation email.

    For cards that are not shipped but mailed by post, there is no tracking available. If you would like your cards to be sent as a package so they are tracked please contact us to set up those arrangements.

  • Once processed, orders shipped within Canada or to the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. However, with the current trade disruptions, delays for packages to the U.S. may be unavoidable.

  • If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is in Victoria, BC, Canada. When you select local pickup we will include our address in the “ready for pickup” email.

    Through email, a mutually agreed upon date and time will be determined.

  • Please arrive with a copy of your purchase order and a valid ID.

Returns/Refunds

  • Because we have no way of knowing when you start or finish the course, we regretfully cannot offer any refunds.

  • All prints and cards are eligible for return. To start a return process please email us at marneywardartist@gmail.com with your purchase order number or fill in the Return Form below.

    Returns must be received in undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the cost of the order in the same form of payment originally used. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

    Refunds are typically processed in 3-5 business days.
